This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). To find it, type VBRUN on the search form that comes up when you click the Software Search icon on the main menu of the Windows Forum. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL, or VBRUN200.DLL. Runs only in Standard or Enhanced, not in Real mode.

Wallpaper Manager allows you to select several different source directories for bitmaps. Every time Windows is started, a new wallpaper will be selected from one of these directories. Within each directory, you can select the bitmaps you like. Only these bitmaps will be used as wallpaper.
